To actively advance the Executive Yuan’s “Five Fights and Seven Safeties” policy and promote the values of justice and integrity in administrative enforcement within Indigenous communities, the Taoyuan Branch, Administrative Enforcement Agency, Ministry of Justice (hereinafter referred to as the “Taoyuan Branch”), visited the junior high division of Taoyuan Municipal Luofu Senior High School in Fuxing District, Taoyuan City, on May 15, 2026, to hold an anti-corruption and administrative enforcement outreach event themed “Integrity in Enforcement, Professionalism and Transparency.” Through self-produced videos and youth-oriented legal education topics, the event conveyed the core values of integrity, honesty, law-abidance, and campus safety in an engaging and accessible manner, receiving enthusiastic responses from both teachers and students.

According to the Taoyuan Branch, Luofu Senior High School is the only senior high school located in an Indigenous community in Taoyuan City and is well known for integrating local tourism development and Indigenous cultural heritage into its curriculum. During the event, the Branch’s Civil Service Ethics Office incorporated generative AI technology and dynamic video editing into a self-produced promotional video to vividly present the positive image of administrative enforcement centered on integrity, justice, and legal professionalism. The presentation successfully captured students’ attention and sparked their interest in the Branch’s enforcement professionalism.

As part of the broader legal education campaign, the Director of the Civil Service Ethics Office addressed several major issues closely connected to youth rights and current social concerns. Topics included the implementation of the Gender Equity Education Act on campus, the dangers posed by illegal “zombie vape cartridges” associated with e-cigarettes, and the serious legal consequences faced by students who become involved as money couriers for fraud syndicates. The outreach team also incorporated current news stories and short-form videos suitable for junior high school students, helping strengthen students’ legal awareness and prevent them from falling victim to criminal activities.

The event further featured interactive prize-winning quizzes and lively exchanges with students, creating an enthusiastic atmosphere throughout the session. In light of this year’s local nine-in-one public officials election, the outreach team also hoped to instill the values of integrity, honesty, and law-abidance into every student from the Indigenous community through engaging interactions, encouraging the development of civic awareness that extends from personal conduct to responsibility toward society and the nation.

The Taoyuan Branch emphasized that respect for the rule of law and integrity education should take root from an early age. Moving forward, the Branch will continue expanding outreach efforts into schools and local communities by utilizing diverse educational materials and innovative technologies to spread the values of integrity and law-abidance throughout society, strengthen civic legal literacy, and help build a safer, more honest, and more just society.
